Positive Prep (“we”, “our”, “us”) is an Australian education business providing online courses, workshops, and resources for students, parents, and educators.
2. Course access and accounts

- Accounts may not be shared between multiple users unless explicitly allowed by the course description.
3. Payments
- All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
- Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
- Payment must be received in full before course access is granted.
4. Refunds & cancellations
- Refunds are generally not offered for digital courses once access has been granted.
- Live event tickets may be refunded up to 7 days before the event unless otherwise stated.
- If you experience technical issues preventing course access, please contact us at info@positiveprep.com.au and we will work to resolve the issue.
5. Use of materials
- Course videos, workbooks, and resources are for personal use only.
- You may not copy, share, or redistribute our materials without written permission.
- All content is protected by copyright under Australian law.
6. Communication
By creating an account or subscribing, you agree that we may send you service-related communications (e.g., course access, updates). Marketing emails will only be sent if you have opted in, and you may unsubscribe at any time.
7. Technology & availability
- We aim to provide uninterrupted access to our courses but cannot guarantee that our website will always be available.
- We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party services (e.g., Stripe, Vimeo, HubSpot, LearnDash).
8. Limitation of liability
- Our courses and workshops provide educational support but do not replace professional medical, legal, or psychological advice.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, Positive Prep is not liable for any loss or damages resulting from use of our site or services.
